Refunds/Cancellations/Shipping Policy


We do not provide refunds. In the case of a defective product(s), we only offer replacements.

Only prepaid orders that have been cancelled before they are shipped will be refunded.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at with a clear video showing the product(s) defects and your Order ID.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

And we’ll work on sending you a replacement within 7 -10 working days upon receipt of the product(s) from our team.

We will ship your order within 24-48 hours and you will get a tracking link via email and SMS. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

NOTE: Despite our best efforts, delays may occur sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, public disruptions, or other external factors.


  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE insured shipping and handling on all orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD Orders, we charge a nominal ₹99 Cash on Delivery Fee.


Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email/SMS containing tracking details. You can use this information to track your shipment's journey and estimated delivery date.


Orders can't be cancelled once they are shipped. You can cancel the order before it is shipped.

Prepaid Order Cancellation or Unavailability: In cases where a prepaid order is canceled by the customer after dispatch or if the customer is unavailable to accept the delivery, a refund will be processed once we receive the product back.

Note: Please keep in mind that both forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Ants Gizmo reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met.


A post-production enhancement is performed on all images on the website. Actual product colors may vary.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
