Regarding my order, I have a question. How can I get in touch with you?

What if you receive products that are damaged?

Our customer support team will request additional evidence if your item arrives in poor condition to begin the process of providing a replacement.

All evidence should be submitted within 24 hours of the product's delivery. This includes photographs, videos, and any other materials relevant to the case.

What if I receive an incorrect order?

Contact us immediately upon noticing the incorrect items at support@antsgizmo.com.

When will my order arrive?

The estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days. You can find all the details here.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free insured shipping and handling on orders over ₹499. For orders below ₹499, there is a shipping and handling fee of ₹49. For COD orders, we charge a nominal ₹99 Cash on Delivery Fee.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will send you regular updates & tracking details by mail and text to keep you informed about the status of your order.

We recommend that you also check your Junk/Spam folder as our mail may end up there depending on how you have set up your mailbox.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At the moment, we do not ship internationally, but we are planning to do so shortly.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can't be cancelled once they are shipped. You can cancel the order before it is shipped.

What is your return policy?

We do not provide refunds. In the case of a defective product, we only offer replacements. Only prepaid orders that have been cancelled before they are shipped will be refunded. You can find all the details here.

How can you qualify for a refund?

Orders that are not delivered within 45 days of placing the order are automatically refunded.

How can I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at support@antsgizmo.com with a clear video showing the product(s) defects and your Order ID. You can find the complete process for returning an item here.

Can I exchange a product?

As of now, we do not offer the option of exchanging products.
